Terms of Service for Special Package Deals

Because times are tough all over, special package fees have been broken down into 3 easy to manage payments schedules:

  • $100.00 (full pkg.) $50.00 (mini pkg.) non refundable deposit required within 7 days of booking
  • $200.00 (full pkg.) $150.00 (mini pkg.) of remainder of payment due the day of your session*
  • $200.00 (full pkg.) $150.00 (mini pkg.) final payment due upon completion of images and prior to delivery of cd

*Due to the INCREDIBLE SAVINGS in these special packages, refunds are limited to 50% of your second payment ($100.00 or $75.00) and must be requested prior to delivery of cd.

CD OF ALL YOUR IMAGES

If you choose to purchase your images (owning them), I will burn a cd for you of your images. You are granted a limited copyright which means you can make all the prints you want, make calendars, coffee mugs, mousepads, whatever you can dream up! Upload your images to Facebook, Myspace, your cell phone or ipod. The only thing you can't do is make money from the images so you can't sell them or enter them in contests, submit them to magazines, etc.

    • all images will be sized for high resolution, print ready 8x10, 5x7, 2x3 and web ready and burned to a cd
    • The cd itself will be designed specifically for you so it looks cool
    • Cd will come in a plastic storage cover with custom designed printed cover insert
    • Copyright release for printing as many copies as you want
    • suggestions of affordable and reputable online printing services (better than big box chain stores)
